Rachel King is the author of the novel, People Along the Sand, and the short story collection, Bratwurst Haven, winner of a 2023 Colorado Book Award and finalist for a 2024 Oregon Book Award. Her fiction has appeared in One Story, North American Review, Northwest Review, Hong Kong Review, Flyway, Lunch Ticket, and elsewhere. She's published two poetry chapbooks, and her next novel, The Red Heads, is forthcoming from Forest Avenue Press.
