RESCHEDULED to Feb. 18 POETS' MEETUP | Reckless Revision | Feb. 18

“Those who are willing to be vulnerable move among mysteries.” ~ Theodore Roethke

Don't we all have poems we know we can take to a new place? A new level or landscape? We love them, we like their undercurrents, but something keeps us from finding the poem’s next movement. We are going to have to practice an artistic vulnerability to turn a poem loose to find what’s next. Be ready to bring two reluctant poems and we’ll practice a few dynamic strategies to propel them forward in a way that eludes us now. This one-time poetry meetup welcomes poets of any experience level.
