NEW: Wayne Gregory's So You Wanna Be A Writer? Workshop | Apr 18 - May 16

“Writing is like driving at night in the fog. You can only see as far as your headlights, but you can make the whole trip that way.” ~ E. L. Doctorow

You write but it never feels like you’re getting where you want to go. You want to write, but you find that life seems to get in the way. You know you have a story you want to tell, but you’re not sure how to get started. The biggest culprit keeping us from writing is not lack of time, lack of skill, nor lack of things to write about. It’s lack of self-confidence. This workshop is designed for those who want to be writers, but are not sure they can be. If you have never published anything or even successfully completed a work of fiction or non-fiction, this class will help you gain the confidence you need to enter the community of writers. When you leave the class, you will know better your writing strengths and how to build on them; you will have a sense of direction about where to go with your writing; and, you will discover what is about you that makes your stories worth telling and makes you the only writer who can tell them. | Maximum 12 students
