With a large window and lots of natual light, the available office/stuido is perfect for one writer and ideal for two writers to share. We also lease to non-writers looking for office space -- or writers who wish to use the space for their day jobs.

Two occupants: $195/month each.

Just need space to write?
We provide passes for writing space between 9-5pm to writers who don't want an office but want or need a space to write. Writers can work in one of our two libraries -- depending on availability.
